President Trump issued an additional Executive Order that addresses or will have an impact on education and workforce development or will affect the operations of the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor. The additional order is entitled “Designating English as the Official Language of The United States.” Penn Hill Group has updated the attached memorandum to include a summary of this new Executive Order signed by President Trump.
