Off-Campus Programming

Providing current and accurate information about your institution’s off-campus instructional activity is important so that the Commission can:

  • certify eligibility for federal financial aid for students at these locations;
  • respond to inquiries about the accreditation status of a given location;
  • undertake reviews of off-campus sites as required by Commission policy; and,
  • publish this information on its website.

Any off-campus locations that were established during the past academic year, but which have not been reviewed by the Commission are not necessarily automatically included in your institution’s accreditation.  In such cases, these locations cannot be certified as eligible for federal financial aid.  Please consult the Commission’s “Policy on the Review of Off-Campus Programming” or contact the Commission staff for further information.
