Please report on any programs offered by your institution that meet the following criteria:

Programs or certificates for which 50% or more of the credits are offered through technologically mediated instruction to students and degree completion programs offered on line.  Not included are on-line courses offered outside the context of a predominantly on-line degree program, nor technologically mediated instruction provided to campus-based students.

Having this information will allow the Commission to:

• certify eligibility for federal financial aid for students in these programs;
• respond to inquiries about the accreditation status of electronically offered degree and certificate programs; and,
• better understand the scope and dimension of such activities at individual institutions and in the region.
