The NECHE Institution Portal provides institutions the ability to complete several accreditation-related tasks.
As of August 1, 2021, the Commission no longer requires paper copies of reports. All reports will be submitted electronically (single, searchable PDF file) using the NECHE Institution Portal.
Logging Into the Portal
When you are given access to the NECHE Institution Portal, you will receive a welcome email with your login information. This is a system-generated email, so if you don’t see it in your inbox, please also check your Spam or Junk folder.
You can also get to the login page of the Portal by going to neche.force.com.
You will need to enter your username and password. Your username is your email address. The first time you login, you will be asked to create a password.

Portal Pages and Tasks
Key Roles: CEOs and ALOs can update institution key roles;
Contacts: CEOs, CAOs, CFOs, and ALOs can update the institution’s contacts and delegate Portal access to other users;
Sites: Users can view branch campus, other principal campus and instructional location information;
Programs: Users can view contractual, competency-based education, direct assessment, and distance education programs offered at the institution;
Reviews: Designated users can upload and download review documents, register for NECHE workshops, and view next steps in the review process;
Substantive changes: Designated users can upload substantive change proposals and notifications to the Commission;
Annual Report: Each spring, institutions will complete the Annual Report;
Financial Screening: Each fall, private institutions will complete the Financial Screening;
Adverse Actions: Users can notify the Commission of adverse actions taken by other accreditors.
