In early March, affiliated institutions will be invited to complete their Annual Report to the Commission. In this way the Commission monitors certain institutional activities that relate to accreditation on a regular basis. We will be mailing a letter to your CEO, with a copy to you and your CAO, in early March. The 2020 Annual Report will open on or around March 9, 2020, and your completed report is due no later than Friday, May 1, 2020.
You will receive a custom link to your institution’s Annual Report form. We ask for your patience as we work together following our migration to Salesforce as our new database.
- Section 3A requests information about students enrolled in dual enrollment programs; Section 3C requests information about competency-based education programs (the number of programs and headcount). A new section, 3D, requests information about direct assessment programs.
- Section 6 provides updated definitions of “Other Principal Campus,” “Branch Campus,” and “Instructional Location.” You are asked to review and update the information we currently have in our database for all campuses and instructional locations where 50% or more of a degree or credit-bearing certificate is offered.
- Section 9, Audit & Financial Information, requests the institution’s total expenses. Institutions are also asked to provide information related to the use of restricted net assets or the liquidation of other financial assets to fund operations.
- Section 11 requests information about student success. In Section 11A, you are asked to indicate the URLs of the principal website(s) where your institution displays information about the outcomes of students’ education. These outcomes can include retention and graduation rates, employment, students going on to further education, or data on other outcomes appropriate to your institution’s mission. Please ensure that the information for this section is up-to-date and easily accessible to the public (i.e., working links, available to outside parties, and accessible with a minimum of clicks). The Commission will be reviewing the availability of this information to the public later this Spring. Section 11B continues to be based on the IPEDS Outcomes Measures Survey.
