COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION FEE
A fee equivalent to the annual membership fee is assessed at the time of the comprehensive evaluation for candidacy, initial accreditation, or continuation in accreditation. The institution assumes the cost for travel, lodging, and meal expenses of team members.
FOCUSED VISIT FEE
A fee for a special, biennial, or focused visit is assessed at one-half the membership fee for that year. The institution assumes the cost for travel, lodging, and meal expenses of team members.
SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE VISIT FEE
The fee for substantive change visits is $3,000. The institution assumes the cost for travel, lodging, and meal expenses of team members.
COMPLEX SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE FEE
For complex substantive changes (i.e., mergers/acquisitions, consolidations, changes in ownership/control, and the like), a fee of $10,000-$25,000 as determined by the Commission President is assessed when the proposal is reviewed by the Commission.
STAFF VISIT FEE
For institutions applying to NECHE, a fee of $5,000 is assessed at the time of the initial staff visit. The institution assumes the cost for travel, lodging, and meal expenses of team members.
ELIGIBILITY EVALUATION FEE
The fee for the eligibility evaluation of institutions not holding accreditation through another U.S. accreditor is $10,000. The institution assumes the cost for travel, lodging, and meal expenses of team members
